I joined because I really like non P2W mentality and in BoomScape case everything has been really good.

Advertising and performing weekly (or more frequent) community events.
Weekend events preferably every weekend (Xp boost or pest pts or drop rate or smth like that) and advertising those too.
Weekend events are more crucial for people who don't have that much time to play during the week.
